Acupuncture

Acupuncture is one branch of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) that has been developed and practiced in China, Japan and other Asian countries for at least 2000 years. It is has gained increasing popularity in the West over the last 2-3 decades.

Fertility

Many women see me with recognised conditions that can cause infertility, for example: Endometriosis, blocked Fallopian tubes, polycystic ovaries, fibroids, premature ovarian failure, high FSH, recurrent miscarriage.

IVF

I use acupuncture to support women through all the different phases of the IVF cycle. What I generally recommend is that patients begin their treatment a month in advance of starting their IVF drugs or at the very least when they start the drugs.

Pregnancy

Acupuncture offers women the choice of drug free treatment and can be successfully used for the treatment of a wide range of conditions such as: Miscarriage, Nausea and vomiting, Heartburn, Constipation, Varicose veins, Urinary tract infections, and Musculoskeletal conditions.

Pain

Chinese herbal medicine is another branch of China’s traditional medical system and like acupuncture it has been tried and tested on millions of people for at least 2000 years. There are no animal or mineral products allowed for use in the UK so all of the ‘herbs’ are plant based.
